Doing Well: Continue to have friendly, knowledgeable sales people who are so eager to serve their customers. Ronnie has a perfect personality for the job. He actually made the whole process much more "painless" than I ever anticipated. I dreaded the thought of car shopping, but Luke had all the patience in the world and never gave up as I changed my mind a few times before making a final decision. He's young, ambitious, and makes you feel very comfortable through the whole process.

Improvement Needed: Nothing that I can think of - I was totally satisfied with the whole process.

This was my first experience purchasing a car, and as such, I was a little nervous about it. From the first time I went to Patrick Subaru and met with Tri Le, I felt really comfortable. He was very informative, but did not pressure me at all. I came in about 2 months after my first visit to actually purchase the car, and Tri was just as accomodating and laid-back. He never made me feel rushed and answered all of my questions. Going into this, I had heard horror stories about pushy car salespeople and really appreciated Tri's approach. I would without a doubt reccomened Patrick and Tri to anyone!
